IDA : Time is Now - The World Bank

The International Development Association (IDA), the World Bank's fund for the poorest, has saved 13 million lives over the last ten years. One of the world's largest sources of aid, IDA provides support for health and education, infrastructure and agriculture, and economic and institutional development to the 79 poorest countries.
