Cuba is sending doctors, the UK is sending 60 emergency service personnel along with collapsed-buildings-specialized sniffer dogs, France sent 200 rescue workers and dog teams along with equipment, Spain sent 100 tons of relief equipment along with rescue teams, China sent rescue workers.
